We saw this from the bus as we were leaving Dharamsala. There were about twenty women and
ten men on the tour at this point, and we all had our reasons for wanting to keep on driving.
Personally, I think this facility has something to do with the motorcycle on the previous page...
(The lettering on the building's roof suggests a more likely explanation; it says
"CATTLE IS THE WEALTH OF NATION" [sic]).
